Services

  • This aspect of sessions is focused on strengthening the body through movements with body weight, free weights, TRX, cables, bands, and more. Your sessions will be tailored to your goals, always keeping in mind what areas we need to strengthen to prevent injury and discomfort in the body.

  • Yoga may be a larger or smaller portion of our work together based on your needs. This aspect of sessions involves stretching while strengthening, balance work, bodily awareness, and breathing techniques.

  • Nourishment throughout pregnancy and postpartum can look a little different. My approach to nutrition coaching is focused on awareness of bodily cues, enjoyment of foods, nourishing the body for healing postpartum, and eating in a way that we receive all of the vital macro and micro-nutrients necessary for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum time.
